The Farnsworth Art Museum, located in Rockland, Maine, offers a nationally recognized collection of more than 15,000 works celebrating Maine’s role in American art.
The museum’s collection includes one of the country’s largest collections of works by sculptor Louise Nevelson, as well as the Wyeth Center featuring the works of Andrew, N.C. and Jamie Wyeth. The museum complex also includes the Farnsworth’s library, the Farnsworth Homestead, the Olson House, and Julia’s Gallery for Young Artists.
The Farnsworth Art Museum was looking for a new website to showcase its collection and exhibits. Web Solutions built a new website on the WordPress platform with colorful, engaging imagery and information on visiting the museum, current and upcoming exhibitions, and the permanent collection.
