The company wanted a new, mobile-friendly website with a fresh look and intuitive navigation to promote their available units, attract high quality prospects, and create a more contemporary user experience.
Web Solutions built a new site in its proprietary Content Management System v4, with a simple search feature that enables users to look for an apartment by town and see a list of available units with information including address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and price.
For more information on each apartment, users can click through to a separate site called RENTCafé to see an overview of the listing, floor plans, and the amenities included in both the apartment and the community.
