The Artists Collective is a cultural institution serving the Greater Hartford region, providing professional training in the arts and culture of the African Diaspora to low-income, at-risk youth and their families.
The Artists Collective’s individual and group workshops expose children to positive role models and help them think critically and develop self-esteem, self-awareness, and pride in their cultural identity.
To promote its award-winning programs, the Artist Collective wanted a modernized version its current website, keeping the same bright colors but with updated technology and functionality.
The new WordPress site is engaging and colorful and gives users an easy way to find information on the Artists Collective’s many workshops, classes, and events. The site also includes information on the Artists Collective’s new state-of-the-art facility, which houses its events and programs and is also available to rent for parties, conferences, weddings, and other events.
