Regions Residential is a full-service residential real estate brokerage company that helps customers navigate the home-buying or selling process.
Regions Residential is a branch of Regions Real Estate Advisors, and Web Solutions had already built a new website for another branch, Regions Commercial, in its proprietary Content Management System v4 using the Penguin theme.
"Regions has enjoyed a great working relationship with Web Solutions, so when it was time to launch the Residential website, we knew who to call," said Lisa Romano, Residential Real Estate Advisor.
For the new Regional Residential site, Web Solutions duplicated the Regions Commercial site and changed the imagery to reflect the Residential brand. The site was also integrated with an external property search engine enabling users to search for homes by city, minimum and maximum price, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
"Our favorite feature of the new website is our 'buying a home' tab, which incorporates MLS and allows our customers to easily search for homes from our website," said Romano. "In addition, we are grateful to Web Solutions for taking the time to properly train us on how to update the website ourselves, and always promptly responding to any additional questions we may have."
