Internal Advancements Benefit Clients

Web Solutions, Inc. recently announced several major upgrades for the improvement of its client-based services. Working with Online Communications of Waterbury, Web Solutions has installed a new Avaya phone system with advanced voice mail services including 24-hour technical support access for existing clients. Web Solutions has also undergone a complete server upgrade, migrating all of its clients’ sites to state-of-the-art server technology that allows us to offer enhanced hosting features such as additional POP email accounts, expanded server space and advanced technical support services. “We have made a tremendous push to heighten the level of service we provide to our clients,” noted Tom Barton, President. “The value-added offerings lend themselves well to our emphasis on client-centered support.”
